Yusuke Urameshi is the main hero of Yuu Yuu Hakusho. He is killed in a car accident while trying to save a little boy. Koenma, ruler of the spirit grants his life back, on the condition Yusuke became a member of the Reikai Tantei 'Spirit Detective'. Yusuke is Genkai's succesor, and his power increases whenever his friends are in trouble. His trademark attack is 'Rei-Gun'.
