Kurama is actually a fox demon in disguise. As a fox, he was a master of many things, and eventually being a thief became his hobby. One day however, he got careless, and was badly injured. With the last of his energy he transferred himself into the body of a human child unborn. He then grew up as 'Shuuichi', and was a part of him. He is generally the most kind of the Rekai Tantei.
